Villa Amarina is a traditional dalmatian stone house, perfectly integrated in the natural surroundings, a green zone, and it seems that it has always been there. The interiors are light, welcoming, cosy as if the owners had just left, giving you the keys of their private house. Thoughtfully positioned sun terraces and shaded dining loggias optimise outdoor living, entertaining and enjoyment of the wonderful seascapes.
This idyllic home is set in 1,000 metres of landscaped grounds which stimulate and delight all the senses – pine trees, herb gardens and Mediterranean flora. The panoramic sea views are really impressive due to the high position of the villa on the top of the island, offering stunning sunset and star gazing vistas and spectacular glimpses of the dalmatian coast and the superb bay of Ciovo Island.
The villa has 4 main adult bedrooms, one being an ensuite room, and a collective bedroom, the “room of the crew”, for 6 kids or teens, appreciating to be together and a bit apart from the parents. This organization of the house makes the life easier for kids, teens and adults who find their place in the villa, without disturbing each other.
The marina of Trogir town is less than a mile away, 5 minutes by car or a 20 minutes walk. From there, you can sail to Hrvar, Brac or up north to the Kornati Island. You can also easily fly to Hrvar, by seaplane, in only 13 minutes, from the nearby Kastela (10 minutes drive). Within one hour drive, the Krka national parc are the most famous waterfalls in whole Dalmatia, where you can find refreshing in crystal clear water, silence in natural forest and nice meals in authentic restaurants.
Villa Amarina is therefore a perfect compromise between a very quiet family retreat, in a natural environment and an easy access into the nightlife in the nearby historical town of Trogir, a 15 minutes walk and in Split, a 25 minutes drive. Idealy situated at a 15 minutes drive from Split International Airport, Villa Amarina is very easy to access.
A particular feature of Villa Amarina is the exceptional attention to detail to ensure guests have all they could wish for from their stay. From chartering a private plane or yacht, sourcing fine wines to organising a private chef, additional housekeeping or shopping services. Nothing is too much trouble.
The villa can accommodate up to 18 people, 10 in the main bedrooms, and 6 in the “crew room” and 2 in the wellness area!
